Tapenade aux Olives Vertes

Traditional green olive tapenade. Serve on toast or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  Add to pasta or rice dishes.

Ingredients: Green olive pulp 92% (olives, water, salt), capers, olive oil, lemon juice from concentrate, anchovy paste (salted anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, herbs), herbs, vinegar.  Keep refrigerated once opened.  Minimum 6 months shelf life.
