Terms of service
All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions governing purchases made will be those in effect at the time you place an order. Well will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided us with. At this point the purchase contract is made and we will supply the goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Please examine goods immediately and inform us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of any breakages or discrepancies. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and/or return. These Terms and Conditions supersedes any other terms.
How to place an order & Payment:
We accept orders through our website. For web orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the event that the products you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you to discuss the options available. Made in Provence reserves the right to substitute items which are unavailable with items of equal or greater value.
Prices
The prices listed on the website are current at the time at which they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion except in case of obvious error. Made in Provence retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account of any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of acceptance of your order. Unless otherwise stated the price quoted will include VAT when applicable. Prices quoted do not include the cost of delivery which will be charged at the amount specified on the website and added to the final value of the order.
Delivery
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland). Sadly we are now unable to process orders destined for Ireland, Northern Ireland or any other International countries due to unknown additional fees that may apply upon receipt of an order for which we have no control over.
Delivery charges apply as follows:
Free delivery for orders above £35.00.
Standard Service: £4.40 for orders under the value of £35.00
We are currently shipping orders via FedEx 2-3 day service.
Returns
Any item(s) that you believe to be unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you return the goods to us within 10 business days of having received your order. We strongly recommend inspecting your products on receipt, to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you receive a product that you feel does not meet Made in Provence high quality standards, please contact us the same day you receive the delivery.
Data Protection
To conform with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU regulation 2016/679), (the GDPR), we inform you that we will record our customers' names and addresses on our computer for the sole purpose of trading with them or sending out information. Names and addresses will not be passed on to third parties without the express permission of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under these Terms and Conditions are limited to the price of the goods ordered.
