This amazing balsamic vinegar is handmade in the town of Nyons and does not contain any sugar or caramel. It has a beautiful natural sweet and fruity flavour (tastes quite like a Sherry) making it the perfect condiment to add to salads or use in marinades. It is made using Muscat grapes from Beaumes de Venise, infused in oak barrels for a year and bottled without the additions of additives or preservatives. It is presented in an attractive stackable 100ml square glass bottle.
