Confit d'Oignons Rouges au Piment d'Espelette 

A delicious red onion chutney with a hint of mild chilli to serve with cheese or alongside a salad or a selection of charcuterie.  Can also be used as a base to make a vegetarian quiche or tart.  Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

Ingredients: red onion (67%), cane sugar, white wine, red wine vinegar, sunflower oil, startch, Espelette chili (0.3%), salt, spices. Refrigerate after opening. Minimum 1 year shelf life.
