Duo Aubergines et Poivrons

A very tasty aubergine & pepper dip suitable for vegan.  Can be served on toast or used on pasta, rice or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  Try spreading it on a fresh fillet of fish with a drizzle of olive oil before baking for a quick and easy Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients: grilled aubergine (29%), red pepper (29%), apple, onion, chopped tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, coriander, salt, chili, spices, antioxidant (rosemary extract).  Minimum 6 months shelf life.
