A delicious sweet olive condiment to serve alongside cheeses made following an atisanal recipe using the renowened black olives from Nyons aop.  Ideal to serve with fresh goat's cheese on toast.   This can also be used in cakes instead of glace fruits.

Ingredients: Black olive from Nyons aop pulp 65%, Sugar, Lemon Juice, ginger 1%.  Minimum 12 months shelf life.
