Delicious sweet cloves of garlic preserved in chilli oil oil and Herbes de Provence.  Eat as a snack or chop in your cooking and use the chilli oil too.  Minimum one year shelve life.  Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Ingredients: Sweet garlic 47.2%, rapeseed oil 38%, salt, red pepper, vinegar, natural chilli flavouring 2.5%, Herbes de Provence, chilli 0.02%.
