This is an exclusive tasty vegetarian recipe from one of our artisan producers in Provence. This pate is made with a blend of full flavoured vegetables harvested in Provence.  It can be served on toast,  mixed with some pasta, in omelettes, as a pizza topping.  Try spreading it on a fresh fillet of fish before baking.  Just delicious!

Ingredients: Vegetables 64% (courgette, peppers, aubergines, sundried tomato), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sugar, black olives, salt, lemon concentrate, pepper.
