Pork Rillettes slow cooked for 15 hours and shredded by hand. Free from additives or preservatives. Best served cold on warm toasts.  Minimum 1 year shelf life.  120g glass jar

Ingredients:. Red Label porc  95%, Cognac 4%, salt from Guerande, white pepper.
