Made with lavender honey harvested on the slopes of Mont Ventoux and almonds from Provence, this delicious soft white nougat is produced according to artisanal methods in Sault en Provence.

This traditional recipe from the Boyer family has not changed since its origins in 1887.

Ingredients: Lavender Honey 30%, roasted almonds 30%, sugar, glucose, egg white, rice paper (wheat four, water).
