A tasty organic mustard handmade with seed grown in Provence and prepared with black olives grown in Nyons.  Perfect to serve with salads, cold meats, cheese, or to add a bit of a kick to your sandwiches.  Certified organic (AB agriculture biologique)

Ingredients: organic mustard seeds grown in the Drome Provençale, organic cider vinegar, organic white wine (may contain sulfites), water, organic black olives from Nyons AOP. salt.
