Creme de Poivron aux Olives Vertes

Delicious Provencal vegan pate made with sweet red peppers, green olives, chickpea and coriander.  Serve on toast or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  

Ingredients: red pepper (35%), green olive paste (olives, water, salt), fried onions, tomato concentrate, chickpea, olive oil, coriander.  Minimum 6 months shelf life.
