Confit of Shallots 90g - Vegan
Le Confit d'echalotes
This is one of my latest culinary find from Provence. Slow cooked shallots with a little vinegar and sunflower oil to serve with cheese or use in cooking. Add a teaspoon to your gravy or sauces for an instant sweet onion flavour. Makes a delicious base for an onion tart.
Ingredients: shallots 58%, sugar 25%, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, caramel, sorbic acid. Minimum 6 months shelf life.
