Organic Cooking Lavender
Our culinary lavender is certified Organic and sourced directly from a lavender grower on the hills of Mont Ventoux in the heart of Provence. It can be used in ice cream, cakes & biscuits, in savoury tarts, in marinades or simply mixed with other herbs to sprinkle over BBQ. It can also be used as a tea infusion with calming properties. The secret with this highly fragrant mountain lavender is that a little goes a long way. Available in a 45g paper bag.
