Our culinary lavender is certified Organic and sourced directly from a lavender grower on the hills on Mont Ventoux in the heart of Provence. It can be used in ice cream, cakes & biscuits, in savoury tarts, in marinades or simply mixed with other herbs to sprinkle over BBQ. It can also be used as a tea infusion with calming properties. Lavender is a member of the mint family and is close to rosemary, sage, and thyme. It is best used with fennel, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, and savory.
