Legumade Provencale (100g) - Vegetarian
This is an exclusive tasty vegetarian recipe from our artisan in Provence. This pate is made with a blend of full flavoured vegetables harvested in Provence. It can be served on toast, mixed with some pasta, in omelettes, as a pizza topping. Try spreading it on a fresh fillet of fish before baking. Just delicious!
Ingredients: Aubergine (20%), courgette (20%), olive oil, eggs, red pepper (10%), sundried tomato (6.7%), garlic, sugar, salt, lemon concentrate, pepper.
