Handmade Jams, Chutneys & Preserves

Our wonderful range of Jams, Chutneys and Preserves are handmade by a small traditional business located in the rural Provencal village of Flassan at the foot of Mont Ventoux. These artisans spend all year round developing unique recipes in premises designed and adapted to this activity. Throughout the year, they select perfectly ripe, fresh seasonal produce, mainly grown locally. All the fruit and vegetables used in our preserves are mainly grown organically, hand- picked, and cooked in small quantities before being filled by hand.


Gelée de vin rouge (220g)


This jelly made with AOC Ventoux red wine and spices is still our best seller 6 years on from winning a Great Taste Award!   Ideally served with beef,  lamb,  cheeses, and as a déglaçage for sauces, it can also be served as a dessert with ice cream, or used in tarts and cakes.

Ingredients: AOC Ventoux red wine, sugar, pectin, spices.  Refrigerate after opening.

Hamper Luxury Gift Box

Create your own hand picked selection of our best seasonal products from Provence using this lovely grey gift box with cord handles, dimensions 25 x 25 x 15.5 cm.   Empty cardboard box filled with shred to fit up 6 or 8 products (depending on the chosen items).   

This box will accomodate all our products including our taller oil and vinegar bottles.
