This artisan range, found in Nyons a small town in the Drome Provencale renowned for its culture of the finest olive, includes a wonderful range of Pates, Tapenades, Flavoured Oils and a delightful range of Vinegars aged for at least a year in oak barrels.  All are made using traditional authentic recipes and are free from additives and preservatives.

Anchoïade Provençale 90g

Anchoiade aux Olives Noires de Nyons

Classic Provencal anchovy paste made with black olives from Nyons.  Serve on toast or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  Add a teaspoon to your dishes or sauces to add flavour of Provence.

Ingredients: anchovy paste (salted anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, spices) 60%, pulp of black olives from Nyons AOP (olives, water, salt) 34%, vinegar, capers, olive oil, dextrose, garlic, spices, herbes de Provence.


Red pepper pate with green olives 90g - Vegan

Creme de Poivron aux Olives Vertes

Delicious Provencal vegan pate made with sweet red peppers, green olives, chickpea and coriander.  Serve on toast or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  

Ingredients: red pepper (35%), green olive paste (olives, water, salt), fried onions, tomato concentrate, chickpea, olive oil, coriander.


Olive Tapenade from Nyons (AOP) 90g

Tapenade aux olives noires de Nyons

Traditional black olive tapenade with anchovies.  

Ingredients: black olives from Nyons AOP (95%), capers, Provencal Herbs, anchovy paste (salted anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, spices), olive oil.

Onion Chutney with Black Olives 90g - Vegan

Le Chutney d'oignon aux olives noires

A great little dip suitable for vegans.  Can be used on toast or served with salads but also delicious served with cheeses and cold meat.  Why not try a spoon full on some spaghetti with a drizzle of basil oil and some freshly grated parmesan.

Ingredients: Black olive pulp (Tanche variety) 70%, Onion Confit 23%, Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar.


Cream of Herbes de Provence 90g - Vegan

La Creme d'herbes de Provence

This is one of my latest culinary find from Provence.  Half a teaspoon of this dip is enough to add a gorgeous herby Mediterranean taste to a wide range of dishes. Great to use in omelette, pasta or rice dishes or add to sauces, vegetable tray bakes...  Why not try mixing half a teaspoon to an egg with some seasoning and coat some chicken (or fish) goujons before dipping them in bread crumbs and pan frying them in some olive oil.  Remember, a little of this dip goes a long way!

Ingredients: aromatic herbs 52% (basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram), sunflower oil, garlic, salt, vinegar, sugar.

Legumade Provencale (100g) - Vegetarian

Legumade Provencale

This is an exclusive vegetarian recipe from our artisan.  This pate is made with a blend of full flavoured vegetables harvested in Provence.  It can be served on toast as a canape or used on pasta, in omelettes, as a pizza topping.  Why not try spreading it on a frest fillet of fish before baking..  Just Delicious!

Ingredients: Aubergine (20%), courgette (20%), olive oil, eggs, red pepper (10%), sundried tomato (6.7%), garlic, sugar, salt, lemon concentrate, pepper.

Caviar d'Aubergine 100g - Vegan 

Caviar d'Aubergine

Smooth aubergine spread with garlic and lemon suitable for vegans.  It can be served on toast as a canape or used on pasta, rice or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  Why not try spreading it on a frest fillet of fish with a drizzle of lemon oil before baking.

Ingredients: Aubergine (63%), sunflower oil, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, lemon concentrate, spices, antioxidant (rosemary extract).


Nyons Black Olives AOP

Olives Noires de Nyons a.o.p.

These are the 'Rolls Royce' of black olives in France.  They are the first olive in Europe to receive the first AOC and AOP (Appelation d'origine Protegee).    These very flavoursome olives are preserved in a little olive oil and salt and can be eaten on their own or are delicious in cooking.  Contain stones.

220g glass jar.  Once opened, will keep in the fridge for several weeks.


Balsamic Vinegar handmade in Nyons

This amazing new balsamic vinegar is handmade in the town of Nyons and does not contain any sugar or caramel.  It has a beautiful natural sweet and fruity flavour making it the perfect condiment to add to salads or use in marinades.  It is made with grape must and cooked slowly before being filtered and bottled without the additions of additives or preservatives.  It is presented in an attractive stackable 100ml square glass bottle and sealed with red wax. 


Vinaigre a l’échalote & a l'estragon

Shallot and Tarragon Vinegar

Red wine vinegar infused with shallot, tarragon and black pepper.


Duck Foie Gras

Bloc de Foie Gras de Canard

A rich and smooth duck foie gras handmade in Provence just in time for the festive season.  It has a melt in your mouth texture and is perfectly seasoned and prepared following an authentic traditional French recipe (100% duck with just a little seasoning).  It should be refrigerated before use and served on warm toasts alongside our Fig Chutney.
