A smooth artichoke dip with black truffle from Périgord.  Can be used on toast or mixed with pasta.  Makes a delicious filling for homemade ravioli. 

Ingredients: artichoke (70.5%), sunflower oil, garlic, Périgord truffle 1.1% (Tuber melanosporum), salt, pepper, lactic acid.  Minimum 6 months shelf life.
