Anchoiade aux Olives Noires de Nyons

Classic Provencal anchovy paste made with black olives from Nyons.  Serve on toast or as a dip with batons of vegetables.  Add a teaspoon to your dishes or sauces to add a flavour of Provence.

Ingredients: anchovy paste (salted anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, spices) 60%, pulp of black olives from Nyons AOP (olives, water, salt) 34%, vinegar, capers, olive oil, dextrose, garlic, spices, herbes de Provence.
